From humble small town beginnings, we have grown together with you
This home-grown brand was founded by Mr Gan when he was only 20 years old. Through humble beginnings and challenging business landscapes, Gan and his wife led the company into the export business and established its first retail presence in Malacca.
In 1985, the company formed was known as Hup Seng Furniture, operating out of his home. By 1997, the company expanded and moved into a two-level factory where the new Golden Art then started manufacturing customised sofa designs. The company continued to grow both in size and reputation throughout the years, producing beautiful and contemporary furniture pieces for customers both in residential or commercial sectors.

Each piece is lovingly handmade and takes over 10 hours to perfect and finish.
We use only the best materials to ensure maximum comfort and durability. Strong and beautiful woods like Nyatoh, Rubber and Pine are used for structures and bases. We use high quality fabrics so thick and luxurious that it brings comfort and style like no other can.
